Can typhoid be without fever, headache, abdominal pain Widal test is showing S. Typhi O + at 1:80 S. TYPHI H + 1:160 Ah  + 1: 40 Bh +1:40 Only symptom is loss of appetite and nausea,feeling cold, but no fever or headache or stomach pain
