I was having typhoid. 1:160 dilution. Taken gudcef for 6 days. Now no fever. Symptoms not there . But 1 St day of typhoid platelets decrease to 138000. After medicine and all platelets 128000. Is this case for concern. I have no symptoms just little weakness and legs little tired with no fever. Do platelets count increase should i need to check typhoid again? Plz reply

If taken antibiotic course, n there is no symptoms as such. No need to repeat typhoid test

keep an eye on platelet count, if it further falls, do dengue test.. if further any symptoms develop. u can consult..
