Typhoid fever

Alright so I was suffering from typhoid fever from last few days ( 15 -18 days ). Doctors have controlled my fever by injecting me twice a day. I've been feeling better and want to hit gym but I'm kinda scared of relapse. Like what exercise can i do because i know I'm weak. Is stretching and treadmill okay? Just so you know I'm still on antibiotics. Also my appetite is okay and I don't have any body pains and nor do I feel like throwing up anymore, like no more symptoms.

You should wait 4 weeks more before you hit the weight training part. Dont exhaust yourself. a walk of 20 min is also good
