Hello doctor Can we detect typhoid through abdomen ultrasound? All labs in my area are showing different blood results. I belong to a rural area and here no lab is showing authentic Blood result to detect typhoid. If it is possible to detect it through ultrasound then what does ultrasound show to confirm typhoid?
