I have two follicles of 20.5 mm and 22 mm, I don't want to have twins as I am already having one child. My Dr has given me HUCOG Hp 1000 IC injection.

Having 2 follicles doesn't mean both will release eggs and cause twins. In ovulation induction treatment usually multifollicular development occurs to increase the chance of pregnancy

The chances of pregnancy with ovulation induction and follicular monitoring is not more than 30% so it does not mean that  having two follicles means you will have a twin  pregnancy

have 2 follicles doesnt mean both need to have eggs and both can cause pregnancy..so go ahead with doctor treatment
