According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from muscle twitching like inflammation. It's can be case of peripheral neuropathy. You should take Treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop D 1 time per day for 3 days before food. 2- Tab Flexon Mr 2 time per day for 3 days after food. 3- Cap Meganeuron 1 time per day for 1 week after food for Vitamin B12. 4- Tab Shelcal 500 1 time per day for 1 week after food. 5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity.
