Tumor post third molar extraction

It's been a month I got all my third molars extracted but lately a swelling like a tumor has emerged in the inner part of the cheek close to the joint of the left jaw.

There might be remaining part of tooth in side the healing socket ...need to go through the dental X-ray or may be swelling because of badly various tooth just close to extracted third molar
