Recommend 2 TT doses 1 month apart in case you are previously unimmunized for tetanus in last 5 years.
Next Steps
Since you are telling about MINOR SCATCHES even a single dose would suffice.
Health Tips
if Multiple repeated gross injuries take another TT shot after 1 month. This would build Immunity for 5 years!

If if you had taken TT injection recently then up to 6 month you shouldn't take TT injection. For any wound by scratch and abrasion during 6 th month period you should proper take care that wound  with betadine liquid or ointment . Also you should take medicine as antibiotic and multivitamin if wound is mild to moderate.
Next Steps
for better diagnosis and treatment you should take consultation from a good doctor.
Health Tips
you should take care as personally so that you didn't get any  injury easily.
