Tsh value is 3.89 at 6 weeks

I had previous second trimester  miscarriage . I am conceived again ( 6th week now ) . My tsh value is 3.89 , T3 - 2.89 , T4 - 1.8 , ATGA is 27.5 , ATPO is 6.53 .. Is these values normal .should I take medicines to control thyroid?
