Repeat thyroid profile after 4–6 weeks to confirm trend. Discuss with your endocrinologist regarding dose adjustment — sometimes, lowering the dose slightly may normalize T3. Check Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO antibodies if not done — these give more accurate information than total T3/T4. Since you are postpartum, regular monitoring is essential as thyroid levels can fluctuate in this period. (Warning) Don’t change your dose on your own. Please review these results with your treating doctor/endocrinologist for proper guidance.

High value of T3 is due to Thyronom tablet which contains Thyroxine. You need to consult the doctor and adjust the dosage of the said drug.

You should reduce the dose of Thyronorm to 50 mcg per day and then do your TSH level after a gap of two months.

The drug you taking is T4. Which is getting converted to t3. Your tsh is normal now but t3 is going high unnecessarily.i haven't seen your past datas so I cannot directly advice to stop it completely. if you can tell me if you had hypothyroidism during first trimester or before pregnancy? thats's key question in correctly managing your case. How long have you been taking this drug?
