Tsh level is 5.63

Hi, My wife have undergone for thyroid test and the TSH levels are found to be 5.63 which is higher than normal range. Wheres the T3 and T4 levels are absolutely fine (T3-108 & T4-8.8). Plese suggest that is this value of 5.63 is something serious? As of now we are not taking any medications for this. Thank you Anil
