I have tested tsh 4.4 is that normal or i have thyroid . Please advise . T3 is 103 t4 7.91. Can this effect my pregnancy

Yes. Your TSH is high for a pregnant woman. Please consult your Gynaecologist. I would have put you on Thyroid hormones.
