My TSH level is 6.25..how MCG thyroxin medicine should I consume?? 50 MCG or 75 MCG? Please suggest..

You start with 100 mcg Thyronorm. After one month get the TSH level again and adjust the dose of Thyronorm.

Starting treatment at TSH of 6.25 without knowing  Free T4/T3, without symptoms and being not pregnant is unwise.TSH on higher side doesn't need treatment except monitoring over time
