Tsh 15 in pregnancy

I am pregnant(5 weeks) and have hypothyroidism. I am using 25 mcg for a 1 year but now when tested my TSH is 15. Doctor suggested 100mcg, is it fine?? Please advice.

TSH level in first trimester of pregnancy should be around 0.5 to 2.5 mlU/l .Your doctor may have titrated the  thyroxine dose based on your weight.

Yes please continue as your gynec says because in initial days of pregnancy thyroid should be normal  and after 25mcg too its very high so you must required higher dose

75 mcg once a day for 15 days
Next Steps
Test TSH EVERY 15 days till TSH and increase the dose in increments of 25 or 12.5 depending on TSH VALUE till TSH comes to normal limits for the stage of pregnancy
