Trying to conceive

I'm trying to conceive. My LMP-18-May, My Doctor prescribed letrozol tablet for 5 days starting from cycle day2. Followed by follisurge and hcg for follicle growth and rupture. Had one dominant follicle on right and it ruptured as expected on cycle day14. Taking dupasthon from cycle day17. My doctor prescribed 20 tablets 1 per day. I have 2 more tablets to go. From yesterday noon(cycle day34) I'm getting kind of spotting which looks small sticky red color and it continues today as well but its mild which does not require a napkin. I see this only when I use the restroom. I don't have usual period cramps now. Is this the sign of period coming or early pregnancy symptom?

Hi dear, Do a urine pregnancy test and then it can be confirmed.  Spotting can be a sign of pregnancy at the end of cycle.
