I have attached my recent reports Kindly let me know can I concieve naturally? And what precautions I must take?? Is everything normal in my reports?? My amh is 2.90 Thyroid 5.61 I want to concieve asap Please guide me

U have polycystic ovarian syndrome .the most important thing you need to do is weight loss which might help in spontaneous conception.atleast 5kgs weight loss.get Amh level repeated and T3,T4,TSH reports . If you are unable to conceive spontaneously you will have to go for ovulation induction.
