I had a follicular scan can you please suggest me what to do next? Is it possible to conceive naturally because I have tried almost 6 ovulation induction, one iui fail

Your scan shows a polycystic pattern in both ovaries with small cysts, which fits PCOS and can make natural conception harder, especially after several ovulation induction cycles and one IUI that did not work. Natural conception is still possible, but the odds are lower with this pattern.

Discuss moving to IVF, or a different IUI protocol, with your fertility specialist, since repeated failed ovulation induction usually means the approach needs reassessing. Ask whether an AMH test and your partner's semen analysis have both been done.
