Trying to conceive

Hi we are trying to conceive and had frequent intercourse on the ovulation days. Today is my 23rd day of period and when I tested for progesterone levels today it is just 0.86mg which is very low in luetal phase. What couwthe reason for this and will it not be able to get pregnant with this level now. Please help
