After abortion this is my first period, we used ovulation kit ans it was positive on 13 day of cycle, then became close to my husband. But after few days I got pimples , is pimples sign of conception ??( before also I used to get pimples in mid of the cycle). Please suggest

Pimples are not a sign of pregnancy. If periods don’t come within 10 days of your cycle then plz get a pregnancy test done
