Actually i had miscarriage in January I'm trying to conceive from past 2 months I'm not able to track my ovulation This month i got my period on 20th Can u please help with my ovulation date And some tips for conceiving

In case you have regular cycles the ovulation is usually on 14 th day , the period of 4 days before and after this is generally fertile.

See it depends on length of your menses If you have regular periods of 28-30 days then your ovulation occurs between day 14 to day 16
