I understand ur difficulties. Treating insomnia or sleep disturbances with just sleeping pills will not help u. The cause of the insomnia needs to be determined. Usually depression and anxiety r the causes of insomnia at ur age. V would need to know few more details like ur sleep, hunger, energy levels, interest etc to give appropriate suggestions. Ur problems can easily be treated with counselling and if needed medications. Don't let ur problems affect ur personal or family life. Dont worry, u will b fine.
