I have a little anxiety issue. Past few days I am facing trouble in sleeping. It will happen in initial hours of my sleep when I am dozzing off somthing wakes me up. And i will feel very uncomfortable 😖 sometimes dizzy. Somthing pounding chest. This is scary. I don't know if it's breathing related issues or i have sleep apnea. Can somebody help me with this?

Hello! Thanks for reaching out on Practo! The breathing related issues can sometimes be brought on by anxiety specially at night when the person is trying to sleep. It would be helpful to know if you also have sweating or palpitations along with feeling dizzy.
Next Steps
If yes, you can visit a Psychiatrist nearby who are experts in treating sleep related problems stemming out of anxiety, depression or are purely related to sleep issues.
