You need to get a confirmatory test before reaching any final decision. A blood test called NIPT is 95 -99 % confirmatory and another test called amniocentesis ( in which water around baby is tested) is more confirmatory. You should visit some fetal medicine expert before deciding on to which test to undergo and then take decision accordingly.
