Trip to Kedarnath

Hello Doctor, I (45 yrs old) along with my Parents (67 and 70) are planning for a trip to Kedarnath. We are normally healthy, just that I'm allergic to pollen and dust and so I get seasonal wheezing during Spring season. We would like to know - if there are any altitude related medications we should keep with us during the Kedarnath Trip; and also if any other precautions? Regards, Ashish
