My sister's 2d echo shows mitral valve Doppler e> a and tricuspid regurgitation fragmented signals. Is there a concern of coronary artery disease? Or is it okay if she continues bp medicine carloc 3.125 which she takes daily in the morning. Is there any current for this valve??? Kindly advise.

Your sister’s 2D echo showing mitral valve Doppler e > a and tricuspid regurgitation with fragmented signals suggests some abnormalities in the heart valves. Here are some considerations and next steps: Mitral Valve Doppler e > a •Mitral Valve Doppler e > a ratio can indicate diastolic dysfunction, which may suggest the heart’s difficulty in relaxing and filling with blood. This could be an early sign of heart failure or other cardiac conditions. If you want other answers please connect.
