Tremors in hands, head and Jaw

Can anxiety cause tremors in hands 24/7. While head shakiness and Jaw is very mild which is not so noticeable. My brain MRI is normal. I have neck stiffness. Chewing and talking is seemingly uneasy since a week now.

Have you consulted a neurologist, if not do immediately. MRI detects structural abnormality only, there can be numerous other reason for your symptoms. Don't delay. If neurologist opines that there is no neurological condition and It is due to anxiety, then you can consult a psychiatrist. Good luck

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition to the that, a detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every patient to make a diagnosis and the management of the case accordingly. It’s not clear how long the symptoms have been present. Are you on any medications? Was there any fever before the onset of the symptoms? Any past history of any head injury or epilepsy?

MRI of F Brain is okay but other neurological conditions are to be ruled out.Neck stiffness, difficulty in chewing and talking can not be taken lightly.
