Plantar fasciitis problem also due to heavy weight, flat foot, prolonged period of standing. If you have any of these than you need modifications in your lifestyle, arch support if flat feet, weight loss if heavy weight. Along with that take ultrasounic treatment sitting along with intrinsic foot muscle strengthing ( toe curling, picking up with toes) kalf strengthing exercise. If this is due to heel spur than it will take much time. So, visit your near by qualified physiotherapist you will be fine. All the very best.
