I was diagnosed with PCOD 5 years ago in 2019. I made changes in my lifestyle. I am doing yoga regularly and having proper and nutritious food. I want to know if PCOD is cured now. What tests I need to get done to  confirm that. Please let me know

PCOD is a wrong terminology it's a syndrome that requires lifestyle modifications It is pcos a syndrome that stays all through your life But if you maintain a healthy bmi the hormonal imbalance does not manifest The only way to confirm pcos is byan  ultrasound
