Trapezius injury recovery

Hi, I got an injury on my trapezius a while back at the gym and I been out of the gym for a month. I was getting headaches and pressure behind my eyes and other symptoms and I been feeling a bit better recently but still have discomfort a bit. I wanted to strengthen it up a bit since it's recovering and decided to do 10 push-ups for 3 sets. I noticed after finishing that I had a dull feeling in the back of my neck and I feel a slight bit of pressure behind my eyes only a small bit. I was wondering whether this was okay. And I wanted to know what I should do now.

You need to go for some physiotherapy session so they will do relaxation and strenghtening execise for you.
