Trace Albumin in Urine Routine Test

2024-03-13 08:05:12
My father( 58) has been suffering from fever, cough and cold for a few days. He is on antibiotics. He did a urine routine test which shows Bacteria, Increased Pus cells and Trace Albumin. I am scared because of the trace albumin. Last year he did a full body checkup including KFT, EFGR and Albumin Creatinine Ratio and USG. Everything came normal and perfect except he has Prostetomegaly Grade 1. Did PSA which came back fine. What should we do now? Why is trace albumin in his Urine? Is it because of his UTI? He has no diabetes and very mild bp.
