Dear all my tounge is paining since 5 days attaching pic, 10 month back i did PET CT scan which was normal...am worried to much.

U ve a missing tooth in the lower right side of the  teeth.u need to replace it first by any dentist. Topical  application of oral gels ll gives u relief. Avoid spicy food for some days. Avoid habits like smoking, alcohol...etc Use B complex tablets regularly daily once.
Next Steps
Eventhough u didn't observe any change , visit near by dentist for biopsy for further evaluation n treatment.

One tooth is missing on the same side . This creates a space for tongue and may be the reason for this nodule. This is not oral cancer for sure. No need to get PET CT atleast for this lesion. Visit dentist and restore your tooth will solve the problem
