I left tobacco 3 months back...from last month im having problems in mouth...i got check up with ENT,DENTIST,ORAL MEDCNE...evryone said evrything is okk...from last 3 days i noticed small red pimple like lumps below and side of my tounge...tounge paining also...thorat pain too...plz see the pic im worried plz help
