Hi Doctor, My husband has undergone few tests .....he is having total protein 8.3 g/dl in serum liver function test. Kindly please let me know what food he has to take to low total protein level. Albumin and globulin are in range . Thanks.

I don't know if there is any indication where we have to lower the protein levels of any patient. The simplest method to lower plasma protein levels is by starvation. But it is not indicated.
