Total Folic Acid 2.5 mg during pregnancy

I am taking Solfe Extra for iron at night which has 1.5 mg folic acid and Folvite DHA in morning which has 1 mg. Read on google that above 1 mg should not be taken. I'm 25 weeks pregnant. Please suggest if total 2.5 mg will harm the unborn baby? Should I continue?

You should stop taking folic acid supplements after 12 weeks because most iron  supplements contain folic acid Folic acid is a water soluble vitamin extra shall be excreted in urine
