Hello there. Thermoseal is usually used for sensitivity issues. You can use it for 15 days and stop for next 15 days to get good results. For these 15 days you can use any regular toothpaste. The most important thing to note is quantity of toothpaste taken and proper brushing techniques. Ideally you should take pea size toothpaste.
