Hi doctor, I have been having this problem since last 6 months. Every other month I keep havinv pain in my tooth. Its related to wisdom tooth and because of the pain i keep having painkillers. The pain is unbearable now and I need to know a permanent solution to this. Please help!

U need to get a clear xray, if it is related to wisdom tooth then go for extraction. Because this is the only treatment for impacted wisdom tooth.

can have pain killer like ... ketorole DT (1 tab dispersed in water ) along with warm saline water gargle 2 to 3 times in a day

If it is the wisdom tooth it will probably need extraction. Get an X-ray done and fix an appointment to remove the tooth
