The best and the permanent solution for a problem is extraction of the offending tooth because wisdom teeth are considered non functional otherwise also. OPG x ray will be recommended to evaluate the condition of the truth so that the extraction can be planned accordingly and this treatment should not be delayed before the symptoms aggravate further. Regards.
