Hi, It is advisable to remove the tooth at the earliest. Pain is related to the upper wisdom tooth.

As per OPG x ray, upper right wisdom tooth needs extraction/removal. In left upper 2nd premolar, dental caries is there. Needs treatment. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment ( as required).
