My upper front tooth causes more sensitivity while using Vantej toothpaste. Any suggestions or advise please...

Go for xray to check whether there is any decay. Using vantej will not solve any problems. If a slight decay is there it may further deteriorate without dental treatment,and cost of saving tooth will escalate
