One of my teeth broked totally. But I does not feel any pain. BT today I saw that there is increase of some tissue from inside. What it is I'm not getting it. BuT still I'm not feeling any pain

You are suffering from irreversible pulpitiswith internal resorption resuting in granulation tissue mass formation as a result your tooth is dead and no pain is felt but prompt intervention via rct after xray evaluation is a must

This is bcoz ur gum tissue has grown into ur broken tooth. Need to get the tooth removed before it gets infected and starts paining

The increase in soft tissue is probably the pulp or there is accumulation of pus in that area. You are not feeling any pain because your pulp is diseased. Pulp is the thing from which you feel pain and senstivity. Get your teeth treated as soon as possible.
