Take:- Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals Apply Colgate Pain out gel 2-3 times daily for 5days Warm saline rinses between meals Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days ☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg ☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water
