Does it pain when dental injection is inserted in gums ?? As i need a root canal and i am afraid of injection.

(1) tell your concern to your dentist, we usually apply a topical gel/spray which will reduce the pain. (2) pain hack: cough !! // If your dentist is not aware of this idea, ask him/her to signal you when your skin is penetrated by needle, you have to cough( just once) at that point of time.[all or none law. Search net] (3) prepare your mind that , this prick is nothing for you, treat this prick as the least thing, don't give any importance to this prick. (4) relax.

Don't worry the needles these days are very very thin. Pain only equivalent to a mosquito bite. Just go for it. Good luck

Don't worry. Dentistry has gained a lot of advancement now. We have special painless needles where hair thin needles are used, topical before anaesthesia sprays which reduces the needle insertion pain. Please visit a dentist with latest equipment and technology.
Health Tips
Have stomach full before going to the procedure. As anaesthesia will effect good with glucose in blood.
