Swelling of submandibular gland is due to tooth infection. Either go with extraction or root canal treatment. For such cases antibiotics are indicated along with treatment.

Hello sir... Tooth pain is due to infection of the tooth which progresses apically and cause infection of root and submandibular gland infection...first and foremost IOPA and OPG has to be taken to rule out which tooth is infected...if the infection is in the wisdom teeth then you need to undergo surgical removal of that tooth....if it is the normal molar teeth then you need to go for root canal treatment of the infected teeth.....medication provides only temporary relief..immediate care should be taken
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

U need to get a opg done and it should be followed by a dental consultation as meds plays a secondary role when it comes to dental treatment.

looks like a deep infection. Plz go for full mouth XRay i.e OPG at the earliest, to decide what treatment is required. Medicines can subside the symptoms temporarily. Do not rely on them.
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist

If it is a wisdom tooth then please get the OPG X-ray done and get it removed ASAP from ur nearby oral surgeon, but if its not wisdom tooth and if it is sound tooth then u may need to undergo RCT !
