Tooth gum problem

Dear doctor, I visited 2 dentist for tooth gum related problem. One doctor said it's gum ulcer and gave some numbness gel to apply and to use salt water . Another doctor said it's cervical abrasion in starting stage. No need to worry just use soft brush and recommended Senquel AD Mouth Wash. Till I feel some gum related problem not pain but i feel discomfort. I have confidence on ayurveda medicine. So I am requesting you all to suggest some good medicine to my problem and how long it will take to recover . I just not able to concentrate on any thing (no Tooth decay). Thank you and I am grateful to you.

I need the Symptoms which do you have? Because there are many things which are related with gums. I will give you some home remedies  like eat citrus fruits having Vit c . Gargle with turmeric and salt water. Don't you sharp brush. You can apply Nimb stick ( which is soft) to do brush ..apply it twice a day as a brush.
