start gargle after 24 hrs,otherwise u will develop dry socket

Yes you can use the betadine gargle but after about 24 hours,take plain cup icecream,ice cold fomentation from outside.

Please don't gargle for 24hrs atleast. I hope u know the post extraction instructions. First 24 hrs 1. Don't spit. 2.don't take anything hot 3. No hot pack on face 4. Do not rinse mouth. 5. Take medication as prescribed 6. If taking juice don't take a straw. 7. No alcohol and no smoking for three days. 8. Don't exert yourself. After 24 hrs - start warm salt water rinses thrice daily for three to four days. And continue the medication as prescribed.
