Tooth decay- black spot in teeth

Hi doctor, I got a small black spot on my teeth. I recognised few days back. Kindly assist me how to remove 100% black spot. Regards, Bhanupriya

It can either be caries or a stain ...get it checked clinically ...if it is a stain , go for scaling and if it is a caries , get it excavated and a doctor will restore it with a tooth coloured filling material either gic or composite
