Hello, This seems to be a initiation of cavity, you need to go to a dentist and get it restored.

You would need to visit a dentist for the cavity and have an X Ray taken to determine how deep the cavity is. A mild cavity would require very little intervention! So the sooner the better.. Have a biting fit day!

The black spot your seeing could be an early stage of decay .It is not possible to vanish your decay.It needs to be filled with either amalgam (silver ) /white (composite)filling.After the filling you need to maintain your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily.
