Hi Rajalakshmi, it is mandatory to put retainers after orthodontic treatment because teeth have a tendency to go back to your original position. Retainers reinforce the treatment. You can ask your dentist to give you a permanent retainer, it is comfortable and of course you don't have to remove it. As far as bonding is concerned, will have to see your photograph or see you clinically. Bonding is recommended to change shape of your teeth. Colour can be changed by bleaching.
