My father is suffering from toothache from past 4 to 5 days.  He is on complete bed rest and can't walk, hence unable to take him to dentist. We have tried traditional methods of keeping clove, salt water gargle etc. Can you suggest a medicine please

Home remedies and medicines won't help much as cause of pain i.e. the infected tooth is still in mouth. You need to treat the problem for relief. Visit a multispeciality hospital for medical help.
