Namaskaram Pain is an alarm your body gives you that it is having trouble in that area. Tooth pains are excruciating and since a tooth does not heal on its own, until intervened by a dentist, the problem will keep manifesting. In this time of lockdown we must take necessary precautions and do not go out unless and emergency. Severe and unbearable tooth pain which worsens as days go by is a dental emergency. For temporary relief, I advice you avoid chewing from that side, avoid cold and hot foods and take a painkiller. If the pain still persist or reoccurs frequently, do not ignore it and find a dentist nearest to you that is open for emergencies. Team shambhala.
